About Me
I never planned to be a UX designer. It all started with a camera, Photoshop, and a head full of “what if” ideas that grew into a journey of creativity, problem solving, and bold choices that shaped the designer I am today.

If you’re into bullet points and job titles—here’s my fancy sheet of paper.

I didn’t start out thinking I’d be a designer. In fact, I began in veterinary school! But while I loved animals, I quickly realized that my real spark came from creating. A simple camera and Photoshop opened up a whole new world for me, and once I got a taste of design, I knew this was the path I wanted to follow.

That curiosity led me to study Graphic Design and Cultural Studies in Tehran, then Interactive Media Design at Seneca College in Toronto. Since then, I’ve worked at Optimize Wealth Management, where I moved from multimedia into UX design, and I’ve also collaborated with all kinds of businesses as a freelancer—healthcare, retail, wellness, construction—you name it. No matter the project, I always focus on making the experience simple and meaningful for people.

I’ve also earned a Google UX Design Certificate along the way, which helped me deepen my skills in accessibility, research, and human-centered design. When I’m not designing, you’ll usually find me on my yoga mat or experimenting in the kitchen—two places where I get to be creative in a different way.

UX design has completely changed how I see the world. It taught me to step into other people’s shoes, explore different perspectives, and design with empathy at the heart of everything I create.
